I've worn a waistcoat/ vest over mine with success. Have you tried them as a balancing act to skinnies and pencil skirts? x

I always wear mine just as they are -- I love that they conceal a tummy. But layering a fitted jacket seems like a good idea too. It would give you some structure if that's what you're missing!

You can layer a turtleneck or crew neck underneath, and/or one of the fuller cardigans over- cascading styles. Also try them with a fitted jacket on top to reign in the fullness.

Hello all, I've a couple of the sleeveless bubble hem/ banded voluminous tops that have been in stores the last few years. One is a cream with rosettes across the to and the other is a brilliant jade green BCBG top that I got several years ago. Both are closet orphans and I'd love a way to get them into rotation. Putting a cardigan atop doesn't work because of the tremendous volume at the bottom.

I'm contemplating getting them altered, at least the BCBG one into something with less volume.

Any ideas on ways to wear these differently?

Thanks!
