(Read about it on some blog.) It looked kind of cool but not quite as cool as I had hoped; I think the jeans just weren't skinny enough. So I think they went to Goodwill. I haven't purchased a pair since, but maybe I'll give them a try this year.</p> <p>PS: Count me among those who are already dreaming about fall clothing. Last winter I found Kut waxed skinnies in a deep reddish "raisin"color, if that makes any sense. Maybe burgundy with the red tempered with aubergine. </p> <p>Anyways, I tried them on a lark, as I was a bored wearer of skinnies by then and thought they wouldn't breathe. I was comfortable in them, but went up one size, creating a narrow straight leg look that could easily be tucked in tall boots. I wore them with welted , over-sized knitwear all season. People thought they were a beautiful leather pant, which surprised me. I was worried about how the finish would last and launder, but had no trouble and they wore very well.
