Really it depends on what I'm doing. At a mall probably just some pants usually elastic waist warm up pants. Black leggings if I'm running or out doing a morning walk around the harbor to stretch, do squats etc. I don't usually ride my bike in them I keep thinking I'll snag one with a peddle and pull it off my foot. I had that happen with some other slip on shoes once where the thing ended up in the road 10 feet behind me.&nbsp; A bike peddle might tear a hole in a water shoe as well in such a situation. It's the weekend so probably no one is around until Monday. Water shoes are kind of fragile but they look really good I save them for the mall or something special like that. I use an insole since they are so simple that they don't have an arch support in them typically. Instead, they are usually totally flat. An arch support lends some thickness to the sole as well if you walk across a planter box with 1 inch decorative rock or some such thing you won't feel it.
