I washed in cool water, delicate cycle and low/medium heat in the dryer and the sleeves shrunk a good 2 inches, also the length shrunk about 1 inch...no change in how the body felt..so be SURE to wash/dry it before your return time runs out, or before you have it altered.... </p>
