				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hello everyone.&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;After reading Nancylees's post regarding her&#038;nbsp;beautiful upgrades, I thought I'd ask if anyone else has tried ground&#038;nbsp;flax seed for hot flashes? &#038;nbsp;I tried the estroven&#038;nbsp;supplement they sell at Costco but the soy&#038;nbsp;made it o much worse for me. &#038;nbsp;I&#038;nbsp;started juicing about 2 months ago adding flax seed and the night sweats are gone. &#038;nbsp;I found out later that many women swear by it. &#038;nbsp;I still get warm but not hot. &#038;nbsp;Hope this helps someone.
