Megan, I missed your previous thread. </p> <p>My current workhorses: </p> <p>Jeans<br /> Leopard skinny belt<br /> Cream tanks<br /> Tan Crocheted Cardi<br /> Cognac Pumps<br /> Mixed Metal Jewels &amp; Bangles</p> <p>In the winter, I will swap out my lightweight crocheted cardi for a couple heavier cable knit sweaters to layer over long sleeve t's. Also, swapping out cognac pumps for boots. And, various cream sweaters. </p> <p>I think it helps to think about workhorses in terms of packing for a weekend or a week with limited clothing &amp; seeing what your selection would be also. What intrigues me is not the specific items these bloggers are identifying as "wardrobe workhorses," but more how they each define what a "wardrobe workhorse" is for them and ruminate on it. Sara at Orchids in Buttonholes had a really interesting post yesterday lamenting the fact that one of her workhorses--the humble dress--now garners comments from others about how "dressed up" or "fancy" she is. </p> <p>The whole topic got me wondering what you YLF Forum members would identify as your own "wardrobe workhorses?" How do you define what a "wardrobe workhorse" is? </p>
