They're ripped and they need to retire. I am so sad!!! </p> <p>I find taking pictures of them actually does help. Or finding pictures of me wearing the item. Finally I just take a moment when I'm strong and I throw them into the trash. No donation, nothin'. I know I won't be strong enough to get them to the donation bin. Maybe the next time you are thrifting, you can take them with you and force yourself to get rid of them? I am on the lookout for a replacement. I have to say, these worked with EVERYTHING and were well worth the 5 euros I spent!</p> <p>2.Leather jacket - My husband got me this jacket 3 years ago, back when he was my boyfriend! The lining tore a few months back, so I got it re-lined. But now, the lining has torn again and there is a tear in the back of the jacket again. :'(<br /> My husband thinks I should donate it and get a new one in autumn. Repairing the lining should be easy but repairing the tear is pretty costly here. For now, I am keeping it as is, to re evaluate in a few months. Sigh.</p> <p>How do you part with your wardrobe rockstars? </p>
