They’re something I like to change up a lot... altho, wait... I did buy a ton of ‘pashminas’ once in every colour possible. That was mostly unnecessary, except for when it wasn’t.</p> <p>That said, if I really love something and lose it, the pain is real. I still mourn my lavender Barney’s ear flap hat which I owned for all of three days and lost somewhere between airplane and front door. I would suggest duplicating if stuff gets moth holes at your place, but then maybe both would get moth eaten!</p> <p>Keep in mind that scarves change in dimensions over the years -- overall size, shape, etc. just like everything else. Same with patterns. Scarves do get soiled, snagged, and may just lose their shape. They're a few years old but I found a brand new pair on ebay and was elated! I'm not sure I would duplicate a scarf unless the price is very, very low. In December I bought a marvelous patterned wool scarf in the color mix where all colors suit me! And it looks good with every outwear, and with every hat...
