Yes I agree - you either like purple pants or you don't.

The cords I would wear with flat ankle boots with a lower shaft if you have any. Or oxfords...

I would not buy new shoes to work with the pants though.

I'll keep trying with the tan corduroys. If nothing else, they'll be there in reserve when the inevitable happens and I need a replacement pair.

I would definitely pass on the purple. That's the kind of shade you either love and get really excited to wear, or it's a hindrance, and you have to put effort into matching it with things. If it doesn't feel good, get rid of it. I'd say the same for the tan, although they seem more practical. Could you wear them with riding boots?

if your job is chewing up clothes, then it would make sense to figure out the shoe thing for the cords. Then if they get damaged, no harm no foul. Same with the purple jeggings.

Or what about rubber Wellies? They would work with the jeggings and maybe the cords too.. What if you roll up the cords? With a pair of shooties or low top duck boots? Clogs!!!! Cute socks, funky boots or clogs, good to go.

Seriously, you’ve given great reasons to lose the purple leggings and the cord pants. No sense in keeping them in your limited storage if you’re not wearing them. - but if you’re going through clothes because of the type of work you do, why would you get rid of them only to spend your hard earned $$ on something else that will get destroyed? The money has been spent....

Maybe if I understood that part better...

This might be one of those areas where my perception is skewed by lack of storage space in an RV. So I'm here to ask y'all's opinion.

It's also probably vital that I clarify that for me, work pants is far different from what we all think of as "work wear". My job is at a produce stand, it's very physical, it's extremely messy, and it chews up clothes at a horrifying rate.

These are the 5 pairs of pants I've been rotating for work days. I only work 2 days a week unless there's an emergency or event or something and the boss needs me to cover for him.

These don't include any shorts that I consider to be "work shorts", I'll deal with that later. I won't be breaking those out for work for a coupke more months.

I have 4 pairs of Hue jeggings/treggings/whatever and my shot up jeans. The jeans aren't going anywhere, because they're literally perfect for my work. If they get snagged on a nail or screw or piece of wood or a broken glass jar, it won't matter (it will just add character LOL)

The floral pair is may favorite of the bunch of Hue pants. There's a teeny tiny thread snagged on the front of I'd be wearing these for not work.
There's a black corduroy pair that I kind of like the velvety sheen of.
The grey pair, well, I'm just meh about them. They're comfy, they don't show dirt very much, they're kind of perfect for my job.
The purple pair is the pair i should probably pass on, because much as i love purple I don't wear it. It would totally work with most of my tops because the tops are predominantly navy & grey & black. But I only wear them when I've been a lazy slob who did not bother with laundry on her off days.
I also have a pair of h&m tan corduroys that I don't wear often because I can't figure out footwear. I know, that's silly. But they look silly tucked into boots because the calves aren't fitted enough, and they're skinny/tapered so they won't fit OVER the boots. And they're corduroy, so I won't wear them in the not cold months.

I guess my question is this:
Should I just deal with the small storage issue until we get moved, or should I pass on the purple treggings and the corduroy pants?

I really need y'all's help with these seemingly inconsequential decisions, as evidenced by you guys convincing me to keep the cowboy rock star boots from my goodbye post LOL
