Thanks ladies! The red and lighter brown pair are my faves out of the bunch. I am going to return this batch and request another set for try on, I'll be looking for input in the future too! I think I will stick with a bolder frame style to rock my STRONG nose

love red! you look so fab in these frames. the darker ones seem to age you.

what big nose?

I like both. Speaking from experience, I feel a strong nose NEEDS bolder frames for proportion. You are beautiful, girl!

Cute dress, I like it with the Cons!
i'm on my own glasses quest and recently posted pics of a bazillion frames. Hopefully Angie can weigh in - I can't remember who to credit, but someone referred to Angie as a specs whisperer. She zeroes right in on what works.

I had red glasses myself and I swear that red glasses just make everybody's noses seem bigger. I like #5. It's a nice rounded frame, but not too round that it looks theatrical. Black looks really harsh.

So, it has come to a time in my life where I need some corrective lenses. I love the geeked out frames that are available and Warby Parker has a great selection. I need some very honest opinions on how these glasses look on me because I think these heavy frames actually make my nose look bigger than it already is. Now I don't have a problem with having a big nose, it's part of my face and I think it makes me look unique however I'm afraid of looking a little more Jimmy Durante then I would care to. I've included photos of myself sans glasses for comparison. I may have to go with a more delicate/thinner frame.
Also included is a WIW today...I bought this dress for dirt cheap at the Gap...sweatshirt in the front, Oxford in the back. The mullet equivalent of a dress...party up front, business in the back (that's the opposite of a mullet but I'm sticking with my analogy)
