DH and I went there several times B.O. (before offspring). Your vacation sounds completely heavenly being all back to nature and unplugged like that! That is my kind of trip, no rushing around "doing" but just relaxing and "being".&nbsp;</p> <p>We took our (almost both) adult children skiing in January, and it turned out to be&nbsp;<i>very</i> expensive. They're bigger, they eat more, require their own room, and still fight in the car! You're right. We've taken my husband's sons on a couple of family vacations since they've been grown (including the one crazy trip we took to Hawaii with like 14 of us! thank you, Marriott reward points!), but we've hit that point too where we make sure we balance vacation time with the boys and vacation time that's just for the two of us. It gets harder to include them once everybody gets busy with work schedules, relationships, and other commitments too.
