I search Etsy a lot these days, and that's where this came from. I think it was just "quilted robe", in the vintage section, with lots of browsing! Maybe "1950s quilted robe" too, but then I can miss things without an era or mis-labeled. (Depending on how cheap I am feeling, sometimes I also limit the price. Some vintage stores have ridiculous prices.) It was a real score, since I haven't found many with this very full skirt. The descriptions on Ebay listings aren't usually as good, but if I put together the right kind of search string there's definitely good stuff there.</p> <p>Thank you,&nbsp;<b>Joy</b>! As for tiaras! I've gotten them from both eBay and AliExpress. AliExpress tends to be the cheapest (though the use of Swarovski rhinestones can make some higher quality), and mostly the shipping has been pretty fast. eBay tends to be more expensive, but it's not always significant - $15 instead of $8. (I can't vouch for shipping at the moment, but I have been getting promotional emails from AliExpress, so I guess they're open for business!) Ebay searches tend to work okay; AliExpress ones don't! Lots of scrolling.<br />Deciding what to get was hard. After a while everything started to look like a cheap Halloween costume or pageant wannabe! That's when I started researching historical ones, and I found quite a few had been copied. I mad a couple of Pinterest boards with links to ebay listings. (I couldn't get AliExpress to pin properly.) Costume ones tend to just be a design in a single line of small square stones. Whereas historical tiaras usually incorporate large stones, in a more metal-heavy design, with smaller elements and gems surrounding.&nbsp;<br />That was quite an essay, wasn't it? So I didn’t bother putting on real clothes yet! And I love this house coat. It’s really best for transitional wear, so I don’t often get to wear it much. Seems a good opportunity. </p>
