I got 2 pairs in stretch cotton and 1 in seasonless stretch. </p> <p>The stretch cotton pants shrink with each wash even when the pants are washed in cold water and airdried- I've had the hems let down and they are too short again. </p> <p>I emailed customer service, they responded in less than 24 hours (on a Sunday) and asked me to return the pants- even though I ordered them in April! </p> <p>What fantastic service and VERY different to Australia. </p>
