Outside, where, of course, you're always looking in. Even when you live there, it takes a long time to belong. I'm with IK about the money; that's what it's like there. Really well-written. I adore that jacket. I'm actually not sure what to think about what she says. It's a funny read. I have never been to New York so can't comment on that aspect of the article but I liked her comment "The moment you throw one on, however, the weight falls into a mysterious, life-affirming silhouette. The black suede, fur-lined Rick Owens motorcycle jacket I selected made me feel thinner, taller, and infinitely more interesting". I find it intriguing that the jacket itself seems to have seduced her...and on a side note my personal feeling is that Owens is a design genius.
