I found them on sale at Macy's.</p> <p>April, Refugee - I'd say they are warm, but not super-warm. On regular cold days (say in the 30s) they work great. On really cold days (like when the high temperature was 13 earlier this week) I find I want to keep my hands in my pockets even with the gloves on. The velvet is a bit slippery, so I don't know if I'd want to wear them while driving...but I walk to/from work so that's not a problem for me. Before getting these I was wearing some of my outdoor gloves instead, a combination of a pair of thin liners and a windstopper fleece glove. I tend to destroy gloves rather quickly, and they were on sale, so I went crazy and bought 3 pair. It's fun to have some crazy prints on my hands. </p>
