				<description>&#060;p&#062;The problem isn't the usps (believe it or not). At least in Arizona, the packages are picked up by &#034;on trac&#034; service and the PO worker said once they pick it up, the USPS track code isn't valid.&#038;nbsp; He gave me a new tracking code and said it would work...I don't think I ever checked it out. Apparently Nordstroms has this company pick up their packages and then I don't know what happens...because it takes an incredibly long time to get a credit from them. &#038;nbsp; I call the customer service line if it's been over 15 business days (or about 3 plus weeks) and have them look for it.&#038;nbsp; That HAS worked for me....You'd think that Nordstroms would come up with a better system....more like Zappos, which is just about perfect....&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yes. And for USPS returns, I snap a quick picture on my phone of the return package and label with tracking info visible. Maybe you should call the retailer to check on your return status.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Has anybody had issues with packages not appearing on the USPS tracking site for returns using the Smart Label service? Last week,  I dropped serval packages off on Tuesday and Friday, but none of the tracking numbers are appearing on the USPS website. At what point should this be cause for concern? I'm worried that they won't make it back within the allotted 15 day period for returns.
