You can log in to YLF in a separate window and then come back to this page and try the bookmarklet again.</p> <p>I have tried logging out and then back in to YLF, and I still get the same message. I even tried collecting from a different retailer, thinking maybe it was the site. I'm a total newbie at using this, so what am I missing? </p>
