Thanks Becky.

The bookmarklet needs a 3rd party cookie to detect that you are logged in on YLF, so this is the reason that it isn't currently working.

You can either uncheck that box, or you can make can exception for YLF.

To do the latter, click "Manage Exceptions" just below that option, and add "youlookfab.com" as a Hostname Pattern with the Behavior "Allow".

Let me know if that doesn't do the trick.

Apologies for my delay too. :-)

Can you please check your cookie settings? You can do that by going to:

Go to the menu option: Chrome -> Preferences

Click "Show Advanced Settings" at the bottom

Under "Privacy" click "Content settings..."

Which boxes are checked under "Cookies"?

Hm, this might be a glitch, Becky. Do you perhaps remember which stores you were trying to collect an item from?
I'll pass this on to Greg, and he will have a look asap.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I just installed the YLF Collect Bookmarklet, but when I try to use it, I get this message:

Please log in to YLF before using the bookmarklet. You can log in to YLF in a separate window and then come back to this page and try the bookmarklet again.

I have tried logging out and then back in to YLF, and I still get the same message. I even tried collecting from a different retailer, thinking maybe it was the site. I'm a total newbie at using this, so what am I missing?
