The hat I ordered for the Breeder's Cup race day will NOT arrive in time!!!</p> <p>I had to RACE around town this morning thinking of a replacement. &nbsp;I scrabbled these two options together.</p> <p>Which do you like better? The black top hat is a little big for me, but I can stuff it with tulle or fabric to tighten it.
