That would be a very big red flag for me. I think you will find one in a better fabric. I like UO because I can get trends ahead of time (they had skinny jeans very early on and I got a cape there last year) for not a lot of money. However, their stuff is very casual. It is not office wear. If you are looking for a weekend skirt, I'd go for it. If this is for work, look elsewhere (unless you work in a very casual environment).</p> <p>The fact that the skirt has been around for a while with lots of decent reviews means people must be happy with it.</p> <p>I've been loyal to UO since the 80s when I was in my 20s shopping at their NYC store.
