<p>Oh, thank you, Sharan! That’s super helpful info, and I think I’ll order those to try. They sound promising. I haven’t done any NAS shopping, so I can justify a full price purchase, LOL. Burgundy pants would be so useful for me!

<p>
<div><b>Janet</b>, I think the Logan would be worth a try for you, in a size down from your usual jeans size. I didn't find the Logan exceptionally high in the rise, though it's maybe an inch higher than the Harlow. For the Logan, I ordered the size down from what I got in the Harlow--(and the Harlow I got is my usual jeans size these days, Levi's being the exception at a size up). One bonus of the Logan for you would be the length. I was walking all over the hem as I tried them on. I would have had to hem them up 2-3 inches. I had not encountered the featherweight fabric before, and it was dreamy. Very drapey, almost like tencel, but still weighty like a lighter weight denim. What I didn't like about the fit, for me, was they are cut roomy in the hipline and upper thigh, which added some visual width. Again, this might work in your favor; they might be designed more for you than for me.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div>Also, I had those Rag &amp; Bone Dres, too, and loved them. I checked my jeans holding zone this week, and I no longer have them. That color was a burgundy that leaned more purple; this color is a bit more reddish, and a gorgeous, rich, complex shade with some black to it.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div><b>RobinF</b>, LOL! I'll admit, by the afternoon I no longer needed the coat. But it was nice against the chill earlier in the day.</div></p>

<p>Robin, LOL, I’d be thrilled to occasionally need a light trench in the summer! I get so tired of trying to find the lightest clothing to wear so I don’t sweat to death. I was made for a PNW summer!

<p>Trench looks great - but a trench coat in July? I'd be so bummed :)</p>
<p>Sounds like some smart returns/exchanges. It pays to be picky.</p>

<p>Great insights, and wise choices. </p>
<p>Can you tell me more about the Rag &amp; Bone brown/plum jeans?? I’m intrigued! I had old Dre’s in that kind of color but finally retired them after a decade. Any fit suggestions? I used to size up in R&amp;B but lately have actually found them more roomy, especially the featherweight styles. Is the waist very high?

<p><div>Thank you, <b>Lisa</b>. I'm excited about your decisions on the jeans and cords. Those Zella bras are my favorite for bike riding--comfy for long, all-day rides. The fabric this time is different than my previous ones--softer! (Not trying to sway you to go over your budget!)</div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks, <b>Suz</b>. That's interesting to hear about the Natori cup fit! I wouldn't have guessed.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>JAileen</b>, thank you. You're right about hair dryer availability; I don't usually take mine. But I do miss having a diffuser sometimes when I travel, for drying my wavy-curly hair. I imagine you may feel similarly about a flat iron.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks, <b>Angie</b>. I haven't removed the tags from the Levi's. There's plenty of time to reconsider. But I wasn't ready to return them today, anyway.&nbsp; ;)</div>

<p>Wooohooo! Go Team Wear! LOVE the KILLER outfit you wore today, Queen Jorts #2! Stinking cute :)&nbsp;</p>
<p>The new Zella coat is KILLER awesome! And so is your new olive sweater. Super pretty and refined. Perfect with the matching green jewellery, and your eyes!&nbsp;</p>
<p>Great returns and exchanges. WELL DONE. You had a great NAS!</p>
<p>HAH! Keeping the Levis made me smile. We <i>DO</i> wear jeans a lot of the year here. Can't hurt. ENJOY!&nbsp;

<p>I love all your olive! I have a (no light) standing mirror that flips from regular to magnified. &nbsp;I kind of wish it were attached to the wall, too. &nbsp;I bought it at our local CVS. &nbsp;On our recent trip I took no hair dryer, curling iron or flat iron. &nbsp;Everywhere we stayed had a hair dryer. &nbsp;

<p>Looking great in the new coat!&nbsp;</p>
<p>Sounds like sensible returns and exchanges all round. I always take a higher cup size in Natori. It's weird, but it is what it is!&nbsp;

<p>Thanks for the feedback on the T3 and mirror. I've often wondered about both items.&nbsp;</p>
<p>That's great that you were able to exchange the bras for the correct size!&nbsp;</p>
<p>Oh look at that Zella bra. I adore Zella, and I need to ignore this bra because my NAS budget is done after deciding on a lovely pair of VB blue corduroy's. :)</p>
<p>A wise move to return the Rag and Bones if you don't love them. I had the same feeling with the blue denim I recently tried. The one's I liked best were full price Paige and while a direct replacement for something I edited, I loved something else from NAS more instead. :)</p>
<p>How fun that you were able to wear your Zella trench! The only NAS item I've worn so far is the JW Pei tote, because it's been too hot for any other NAS items yet.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This shade of green is really pretty on you.&nbsp;</p>
<p>And the summer uniform is perfection, such lovely proportions! YLF!

<p>
<div>I've made a couple of trips back to Nordstrom in the last week, for returns.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>Here's what I returned or exchanged:&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div><b></b><b>T3 Afar hairdryer</b>.<b></b>&nbsp;Returned. I thought it would be good for travel. Although it does not come with a diffuser, there is one available to fit it. When the dryer arrived, I realized that even though it folds, making it a handy size to pack, it is no smaller or lighter than my current dryer, which I like and works well.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Simple Human Tabletop Mirror</b>. Returned. The purchase was inspired by similar mirrors I've used at hotels. This one has only a magnifying side--no flip to a regular mirror, which is what I'd rather have. After seeing this one, I also think I'd rather have something that mounts on the wall and pulls out, and I don't think the light is that crucial, since the lighting in my bathroom is good. If you're considering this kind of mirror, I would also caution that I couldn't figure out how to turn off the auto-on feature, which made the mirror light come on when we'd walk into the bathroom in the middle of the night (and not to do our makeup!).&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Natori Feathers and Bliss Perfection bras</b>. Exchanged. I had a fitting, but after I wore the bras for three days, I decided they weren't working. They were too tight in the cup and quite uncomfortable. I went back to the SA who had fitted me. She agreed the cup size was wrong, and said it was her fault; she had not looked carefully enough at the fit. I was able to return them with no problem, even the ones I had worn, and I bought the same styles in a different size. I think we've got it right now.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Zella Racerback Seamless sports bra</b>. Exchanged. I ordered the size I have in this style from a few years ago, and I thought I could size down. I went to the store to try it in person and exchanged for the smaller size, plus bought two more. I like that this new version has a cup lining with openings where you can insert pads if you want to.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Rag &amp; Bone Featherweight Logan jeans</b> in brown/plum (not NAS). Returned. The size down that I ordered arrived, and I don't like the style on me enough to keep them, especially at full price. But even if they were marked down, I just don't love them (except for the color and fabric--LOL!).&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>Comparing them to the <b>Rag &amp; Bone Harlow </b>jeans I got on NAS--<i><u>and am happily keeping!</u></i><u>-</u>-it's very clear how much better I like the narrower style of the Harlow. I'm currently thinking I'll <i><u>keep</u></i> the <b>Levi's 501s</b> I got on NAS, too. Ive gone back and forth about them, but my full-length Levi's 501s in black are some of my most-worn jeans through the winter. I reach for them all the time, because they are comfortable and full-length.</div><div><br /></div><div>What I wore for return shopping:</div><div>pics 1-2: It was cool enough to wear my new Zella 3-in-1 Trench coat from NAS (without the insulated vest liner)! Also light wash straight jeans (Levi's 555 men's, baby blue), olive short-sleeved t-shirt (AllSaints), olive cotton dimensional-stitched collared cardigan (Margaret O'Leary, Marley), olive loafer-clogs (Dansko), blanket-print bag in blush, cream, and olive (made by me), olive stone necklace (Designs by Sonia), silver and brass earrings (Marjorie Baer).&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>pic 3: my summer uniform! Black cutoff jorts (We the Free, Jam Session Capri Jeans); patterned sleeveless tee in cream, blush, black, and gray (made by me); ivory and black pinstripe linen blazer (Evereve, Taylor), cream and neutral snake print sneakers (Cole Haan, GrandPro Topspin), cream cross-body bag (Minor History), gold and silvertone hexagon hoops earrings with chain (AllSaints, Hexagon Swag Hoop), mixed metal bead necklace (AllSaints).&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>I'm definitely on Team Wear! NAS coat, earrings, and bras, plus the Margaret O'Leary cardigan, which I got last week, too, using my birthday discount from them.&nbsp;</div></p>
