The women wear a variety of shoes, often pumps and&nbsp; &nbsp;higher than I would wear but in general, attention is paid to being walkable, as above, not just for comfort but to have a "comfortable-appearing" manner of walking in the group as you go from place to place. When I was interviewing I wore a JCrew pants&nbsp;suit with a white button down. I wore low heels because I found that I was also touring the hospital. Some hospitals are huge like Mass General in Boston, so there was a lot to tour.
