If you really need a narrow footbed, the Van Elis are a better bet--in my experience, they run narrow, and they also have true narrow sizes. And if they can be comfortable all day on my tortured feet, which sometimes rebel at my slippers, they should be really good for people without foot problems.</p> <p>I found that they were a tad big in the heel, but I put in gel heel inserts, and that mitigates the slipping. My feet feel happy, too! Since they're suede, I'm going to give them a good squirt of waterproofing spray before it snows.</p> <p>If you're looking for a more casual boot with an equestrian feel that will fit a narrow calf and is comfy to wear, this one may be for you.
