The upside is that the organisation does great work and she find it very fulfilling being involved there</p> <p>I have encountered similar attitudes in my current role so it's nothing new but has given me reason to really think about what I might be getting myself into!</p> <p>I do love a challenge tho :)</p> <p>Please keep me in your thoughts</p> <p>xxx Deborah </p>
