I'm adding it to my life experience account. I just wanted to share a short update because YLF means so much to me, even when I'm not particularly active.<br /> After many years of struggling, I had to make a decision on my direction in life. In short, my partner and best friend for almost 25 years and I split up. Our collaboration after the break is going well and our three sons have adjusted well to the change. I wish him all the best in his new direction. </p> <p>Still there are a lot of personal stuff to process. And I fumble to find my direction and identity. I find it really interesting, frustrating and fun. I've learned so much about myself and others and are forever grateful, even though it also has been (and still is) hurtful and confusing.<br /> On the productive side, I've handed in my PhD thesis and is waiting for the verdict. I feel refreshed, renewed and very confident in myself, but also vulnerable. My heart, soul and brain are finally working together. Yet, I have a long way to go to get my life on tracks.&nbsp;</p> <p>Style wise, I've gone crazy. Lol. I really don't know anyone who dresses like me. Still, I get compliment from quite a few people. I simply love bold and bright colours and unconventional silhuettes &amp; combinations, and quirky socks/tights. I feel bored to death in jeans and a tee. I havn't worn any grey items in 1,5 year, I think. Black and white are still back bones in my wardrobe. I've become more fashion forward and more daring. From a style point of view people might be surprised that I'm actually a quite shy person. I once took a personality test which said I was a INFJ. The description felt suitable, but I believe all such tests must be taken with a pinch of salt and a dash of humour.</p> <p>ETA: A few outfits from Oct, Nov, Dec. I don’t know why, but I can’t remove the Finds.</p> <p>All the best to all of you!
