It is so frustrating. Whenever I've settled, it's always been wasted money. Don't settle on something as expensive as a suit. The right one will come along. It took me 3 years to find a simple pair of black skinny jeans and now that I finally have, they were worth every penny. While I was waiting for them I sported skinny jeans in other colors and black trousers when I wanted black bottoms. Perhaps you can match up a cardigan and trousers as your "suit" until you find the right one? However it works as composition because the fit of the jacket which is spot on is juxtaposed with the slouch of the pant. So I think you can evaluate each piece as to whether it works well for what it is--if one of the jackets works great with many of your bottoms and it will be a great go-to jacket, (and is in your price range) then I'd just judge it that way--as a stand-alone jacket, does it feel like a fab 10 and plays well with my wardrobe? If not, then you're not just waiting for the right "suit", you're also deciding that a&nbsp;more fab jacket, suit or not suit or one of each, is likely out there.&nbsp;Also I wear pants a lot without using the jacket as a key part of the outfit, so I recently bought 2 pairs that had matching jackets available, but the jackets did&nbsp; not work.
