To me, they serve different purposes - I have not thought about using Uniqlo leggings with skirts, I only wear skirts with tights. I am also in a really cold climate where Uniqlo leggings might be a bit too thin. I prefer the close fit and coziness of fleece-lined tights with skirts (but they only work for me with heavy lined skirts like the Halogen seamed skirt). Are the heattechs just as warm? They have lots of fun patterns, prints, etc, and look like they might be slightly less opaque than fleece lined tights.</p> <p>ETA: I am waffling on the the fleece lined tights because fleece is REALLY staticky on me and my dry skin/hair. Like, fleece hats make my hair shoot sparks. </p>
