It got me thinking of my biggest wardrobe workhorses. In many blogs or different style articles or forum threads I read, it's usually a well cut jacket, pant or an LBD, usually in a neutral colour that takes you from work to casual to formal. In my case, my biggest wardrobe workhorses are my jackets (primarily neutrals except for a cobalt one) and unexpectedly, my bold graphic jersey dresses. </p> <p>I can easily change the vibe of these jersey dresses with the right topper, shoes and accessories. So far I've worn them (with my doc martens) in a casual work environment, job interviews (monochrome + blazer) and weddings (sparkly jewelry/shoes)</p> <p>I'm thinking of having a predominantly jersey dress and jacket wardrobe, save some jeans/shorts/tops for very laid back weekends. I bat for Team Dressy, so the dresses will likely get a lot of wear.</p> <p>Over to you: do you have an unusual wardrobe workhorse? Why is it a workhorse? </p>
