My physiotherapist applied fuchsia tape in a way that looked like a pretty strappy sandal. It received many compliments! I've bought lots of tank tops in pinks &amp; blues &amp; purples and jeans in mint green and palest possible grey that is almost white</p> <p>Mainelady, the roll I started with was black, and the p.t. office stocks black. I was delighted to see such beautiful colors :-D</p> <p>Efbgen, my p.t. has added some neck stretches to my repertoire because the left side of my neck is borked from not using the left shoulder &amp; arm much for 20 years. I'm having to rebuild muscle and stretch tendons &amp; ligaments. It's made me focus my yoga workouts on yin yoga just to increase flexibility in the affected areas :-0</p> <p>Bj1111, we're mostly just using the KT tape as a sort of support, I guess. My therapist said we're using it to help lift the outer layers of tissue to increase blood flow to the muscle which should help decrease pain. It seems to help, and I'm not taking on any more weights or anything as a result of using KT tape; I'm only increasing weights when the old weights feel too light. I'm definitely being careful both with &amp; without the tape because I do NOT want to cause any extra damage. I figure if I've lived with this pain for 20 years, taking my time &amp; being careful with p.t. isn't going to be any more of a pain in the backside than I've dealt with for 20 years LOL</p> <p>Becky, yes yes and more yes! Since I have neck pain from the same car crash, he told me to look up the various ways to tape my neck.</p> <p>Ya'll, when I looked up shoulder &amp; neck KT tape, I saw all kinds of beautiful dippin dots colored tapes! I dont have to use just boring old black tape!</p> <p>Me and KT tape are about to become friends with benefits LOL </p>
