They are not really what I initially had in mind - I had thought of a shorter boot - but the textured finish just slays me. More importantly, they are super, suuuuuper comfortable. I thought it was at least worth a try with my skinnies (I had bf jeans on in the store).</p> <p>The calf is nicely fitted except for the top portion. I think it's supposed to be that way but, if not, I think I can have the top strap shortened so that it actually functions to tighten the boot. </p> <p>What do you think? Too crazy? Poor fit? Not versatile? </p>
