You look terrific in the stripes! </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/unexpected#post-1062452 Fri, 25 Oct 2013 01:31:33 +0000 MuseumGal 1062452@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>So this first outfit shouldn't work.&nbsp; Brown and beige generally look terrible near my face, and horizontal stripes on a big busted fat lady are a big no-no, as is chunky knit-wear and short sleeves that chop up my hammy arms.&nbsp; Yet I always get compliments when I wear this top.</p> <p>The second outfit should be fabulous.&nbsp; I look great in purple, the 3/4 length sleeves are usually a good length for me, and the horizontal ribbing should be slimming.&nbsp; Instead I look like a great lumpy lumpasaurus and the color is reflecting off my face in a most unpleasant way.&nbsp; </p> <p>These photos were taken 2 days apart, and I'm wearing the same jeans, so we're definitely comparing apples to apples here.&nbsp; That fuchsia sweater is in the donate pile, and the brownish one stays. </p>
