I've tried several pricier concealers from Nars, Bobbi Brown, Paula's Choice, Benefit, and MAC over the years and this drugstore one is the best I've ever used. Doesn't settle into the wrinkles, stays put, easy to apply with my little finger, and natural-looking shades. I rarely wear foundation or even tinted moisturizers anymore so this little number is just right for fixing any discoloration or shadows under my eyes. I have tried everything from YSL to ELF. Last year I stumbled across L'Oreal True Match concealer and it my miracle. I also LOVE YSL Touché L'Eclat. That is more of a highlighter but is a great pick me up, especially at night for me. Finally, Cover Girl color corrector, not the concealer, but the corrector is fantastic for me when I mixed in a little face moisturizer, I am 49 and need the moisture. </p> <p>The L'Oreal works so well for me because I choose it by undertone and color. Concealer is likely to be tinged yellow to cancel out the purplish undertones of dark circles. It will not match your skin but it will cover your circles as a result, you will also need to invest in a powder matching your skin tone to blend your concealer with your skin tone.&nbsp; I guess what I'm saying is for the best most natural looking coverage you need to use both a pressed powder and a concealer. </p> <p>I use L'Oreal's True Match concealer in neutral 6-7-8 and pressed power in neutral (N8).
