Yes, they also have free returns. They ARE supposed to have color variations - the original pair I ordered had beautiful distressing. They were a super dark brown out of the box, and then when I put them on and started walking, these SUPER high-contrast creases appeared. It looks terrible! I kind of suspect someone tried to "improve" them with shoe polish then changed their minds and returned them. The boot even gets lighter when I touch it with my fingers.</p> <p>ETA: Pic 3 is the first pair I ordered, which was too small. The distressing is still there, but much less harsh and lower contrast.</p> <p>I've been waiting for these for so long, and the fit is perfect... Sigh. Should I try rubbing them with a rag to see if it evens out? </p>
