The dress with color blocked cardigan and sandals that look color-blocked with the open cut outs are a great look. For me it is the patterned leggings that put it over the top. This is an odd combination but with more work, I think I can make it work. The horizontal stripes on the dress makes me look even wider than I am, and the chevron stripe leggings look too maximal.
