I like Lands End quality but I find that a lot of their clothes tend to be baggy. So whenever I order from them, I have to remember that I may need to return the clothes if they don't fit right, and often end up returning more than 50% of my orders. Fortunately, I've never had a problem returning their clothes since they tend to have excellent customer service. I think Lands' End has good quality when it comes to coats and the price is really good! I often read that they tend to be slightly big - do you think that a 36 should work out for me?
