I think the dresses speak for themselves. imo, the peacock has more of a summer, Carribean/Brazilian vibe, so I'd keep it for warmer weather for bare legs and nude shoes (the Tsubos look perfect!), or wear it with sheer hose in colder times, to keep in line with its character. The way you're wearing it in the pic is just flawless.<br /> I'd pair the second one with black hose/tights for a more streamlined look.
