I too much prefer flares to bootcuts and found a really cool pair at GAP but they are too short for a heel. I can never get the right length in flares either. Short is too short, and regular is often too long. Which is bizarre because I'm not THAT short. &nbsp;Anyways, I wandered into AE and saw these same ones , but something stopped me ....aren't they a high waist?
