Angie’s post in July made me hanker after some pretty ballet flats as I had got rid of my last pair a few years ago, they were no longer so comfortable. I chose some from her post to put in my Finds to remind me of the kind of traditional sort I would prefer. After much local website trawling I found the “Twinkle” navy ballet flat made by an Australian brand I had never heard of called Alan Pinkus. Sounded reputable though so were shipped from there.<br /> Twinkle twinkle little star is one of my 2-year old granddaughter’s favourite songs too, might have been a subliminal influence!<br /> They weren’t massively comfortable, need a half insole to stop the foot slipping and the first day at work rubbed my heels. Second day at work with clearish sticking plasters on the heels that was sorted. They will be OK for work days where I only walk a bit and mostly sit. They were too pretty to me to send back. I love the vibe with cropped pants and have a lot of clothes with navy or cobalt in so I feel pretty!<br /> Happy holidays all! </p>
