I tie it like a shoe lace, and make the first bow pretty small, pull the second bow through and then adjust both bows and ends to be close to equal size. I think the smaller the knot is in the middle, the more equal the bows and ends will be. Usually what I wear to church on Sunday is what I wear to work on Monday, but today I switched the cream skirt for one in a shade of dark green.
