I do actually have a pair of cut off skinnies like hers, but I only wear them in summer with sandals or my canvas Tom's. So I just let them scrunch over the top of the boot when I’m wearing a lower shaft boot. I do tuck into higher shaft boots that are more rugged in style (eg combat boots, moto boots) and also into knee high boots. For some reason with more refined ankle boots like the ones shown here I prefer cropped jeans that go over the boot.<br /> But I don’t think there is a right or wrong.
