Somehow they look a little fresher to my eye. They bookend your hair perfectly. The black is pretty decent too, Its only that because the jeans are a faded matte black, and the boots are very dark and a bit shiny, the difference in shine makes the black boots stand out more, reducing slightly their entire purpose which was to unobtrusively extend the leg line. However I am really nit-picking now, they are both very wearable!
