You know I do love some of Ralph Lauren's looks but I find the majority of their clothes are cut too slim for my body, which is so unfortunate since they DO have petite sizes. I think there is one shirt style ("classic fit" or something) that works but it's super limited in petite color/pattern choices.&nbsp; This sweater just feels a little too tight over the shirt, in part because the shirt has a little bulk to it. The sweater untucked could work. More about&nbsp;her below. She recommends men’s shirts because they are often stiffer&nbsp;fabrics than women’s, which helps the collars hold their shape better. I LOVE her style, although I doubt I'd ever wear as much jewelry as she does.&nbsp;</p> <p>I've been trying to break out of traditional-figure-flattery thinking, which might say my waist is not small enough to wear belts, so I tried a new idea. I &nbsp;borrowed an LLBean Blue/White shirt from DH. I brought home&nbsp; this leather leopard belt from Mango and have to&nbsp;decide in the next few days whether to return it, so the tags are still on. Democracy baby bootcut jeans. I’d&nbsp;wear this outfit with brown booties (shown in finds), not the ones I have on here for a quick couple of photos. I LOVE the fit of the shirt!&nbsp;This sweater is a little too snug for tucking and blousing, but a slightly looser one could work.
