Really nicely done! I agree with others that this mix totally works, and the proportions are part of what make it work so well together. I like the outfit both ways, but for the belted look, I'd go with a dressier shoe in red, white, purple, metallic .... For the first look (untucked), I like the shoe suggestions you've gotten.
I don't think you need accessories. You could wear a jean jacket over the outfit if you want to add a layer.

I really like this pattern mix. I think it works because the colors are right but also the volume is right -- the degree of pattern is about equal in both, so they balance well. I think the reason the shoes are less successful is they are too soft; the strong patterns need a stronger shoe: a colored, weightier sandal, or a sneaker (ideally) would be cute. Even a little oxford, or a bright ballet flat.

This is fabulous--but, I too, don't care for the shoe. Coloured sneaks would be fab.

Fun! I like it untucked as in #1, Like Suz for me something about the casual footwear (although they look like they work well with the skirt color), has a different vibe than the graphic/bold patterns of the top and skirt. I'd probably go for a refined/pointy black, red, or dark flat or heel if I had one to kind of play a little with the Audrey Hepburn in Paris vibe of the stripes and full skirt.

I think it works without accessories, but if you want to add something in dark or vibrant red that might work too.

Florals and stripes? Why not? I like it with the tee worn unbelted and a bit slouchy. Fun pattern mix! I think it could work even better with different footwear. Though I admit I am unsure what to suggest.

I never would have put these two things together before joining up here, but I'm giving it a go. Does this work for my body? It's hard to tell from my bad lighting but the stripes are purple, the same as the darker leaves in the skirt.

Should I tuck or untuck?
Keep or lose the skinny red belt?
Accessorize, or let the pattern mixing be the focus?

ETA: thanks for the suggestions about different shoes! I tried more options and added a 3rd picture of the pointy flats I ended up wearing. And now I know that's wardrobe is totally missing a pair of bright ballet flats!

Thanks!
