I think these are no more casual than the Cons. But it's the Cons status as iconic shoes that makes them work, and probably also their white-toe crisp contrast look that gives them an edge. (Although of course if you had soft grey Cons that would look less contrasty - and would work really well with this fab outfit!)</p> <p>I can't wear Cons myself (too flat for my feet) and pretty soon it will be boot weather here for me, but my plan it to translate this look and wear with my chisel toe Blundstones.
