There isn't more than one blue. <br /><br />On the Nordstrom website, it says "Navy Eclipse" and I found it handy to be able to order a matching camisole (Halogen) in a colour called "Navy Eclipse" as well. Meanwhile, I'm still just fine with my GAP Real Straight jeans in a size 10, and my GAP Really Skinny pants are a size 12 because I didn't want them to be too tight - they're still very body-conscious on me, due to the material - and I just felt more comfortable in a 12 in those particular pants (GAP Really Skinny I mean). Oddly enough, the Real Straight jeans in a size 10 are still quite loose and slouchy on me for some reason. Must be the cut/style? Or maybe GAP's sizing is somewhat generous, not sure. <br /><br />Hate to say it, but I don't have anything BR at the moment, so no idea what my current size is there. <br /><br />For me, the Trouve sweater in large is perfect - there's no way it looks "too big" so I'd say it's fairly true to size (I think?). That said, I did want the slouchier version. It's not all baggy, just a tiny bit slouchy.<br /><br />In the end, these days - I'd say my "normal" current size is more like a 10-12 depending on brand/style. <br /><br />Are you maybe ordering from Canada? If so, I have a couple of skirts and pants from Reitmans, and they are a size 11 if that helps. <br /><br />If in doubt re: Trouve sweater, err on sizing up, imo. It's way prettier in person than it looks on screen - there's a beautiful, but subtle metallic thread throughout. One minute the metallic thread looks slighly greenish, next minute slightly gold-ish, or coppery, or pink-ish. Sounds garish, but it's totally not. It's gorgeous. <br /><br />I just took it outside, thinking I'd take a picture of it in the sunlight, since indoors, the slightly shimmery thread just looks like an ink-blue sweater, but in the light - wow! <br /><br />I didn't get a very good pic of it, and it's still a bit wrinkly from the box...the metallic is beautiful and the sweater is much prettier than an "ordinary" mesh sweater. <br /><br />I sized up to a large for a slouchier fit and it's perfect. Also got a Halogen cami in the navy peacoat colour to go underneath. The neckline is perfect too - not so much a crewneck - kind of a cross between a crewneck and boatneck on me. For size reference, I'm 5' 6" tall and hovering around 159lbs these days. The medium would fit too, but wouldn't be "slouchy" if that helps. <br /><br />Sorry for the ugly-ish pic, just got it a few minutes ago from the UPS guy. I can see that my camera didn't capture the shimmer as well as I'd have liked - but hopefully you can still see a wee bit of it. <br /><br /><br />
