I like the dress over skinnies and you can even add a cardi and then a statement bag or a pair of statement shoes/booties and you'd be killer in them. I'm not as big a fan of jacket 2 - the three quarter sleeves look a little longer than 3/4 at least in the picture so then they give the appearance of too short sleeves. So I just want to verify that it's okay over jeans/clamdiggers. I was definitely thinking of my yellow ruffle cardi to wear with it. Angie, the dress is navy and white-- do you still think the black and tan spectators will work?</p> <p>The first jacket is black and white although to me it almost looks navy from a distance. It's black with small white oval dots. This was the first thing I found and really liked it at first but now I feel a little overwhelming shoulder-padded (if that makes sense). Part of it I think is that the jacket just fits. There is no button-- just two button holes, one on each side. I don't know if this was a flaw or there's a piece missing or what. Basically the girth of the jacket held closed is exactly the girth of me. The only other one they had was 2 sizes bigger and too big on me. I may need some more convincing on this one.</p> <p>The second jacket is supposed to be shrunken, I think, with 3/4 sleeves. I was pretty iffy about it even in the store so it may just go back.
