I am somewhat new to doing my nails, and so far I have noticed only that polish can appear lighter in shade than in the bottle. That made sense to me, as you can figure that the bottle, in a way, has an "infinite" number of coats while your nails just have two or three. So I didn't realize that the polish color on your nails could actually be more vibrant than in the bottle! I recently purchased quite a bit of nail polish online but haven't tried any of it yet. I hope it turns out OK, as now I am a bit worried! Most of the colors I got were pretty basic: black, navy, very dark purple, and a couple of sheer pinks.
