				<description>&#060;p&#062;Phew! I finally got everything today. Interestingly, there was no delivery notification. But here's the even more interesting part. My real estate agent texted a couple of days ago to say the new owners received a big package. I figured it was the Nordstrom package that just didn't get re-routed. I'm making plans to pick it up...although I'm not quite certain that's what it is. ODD!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Wish I could say I loved everything in the box. I'll try to post over the weekend...would love feedback on the fit of a T. That's right, my NAS was very exciting. Got 2 t's, lol! Actually there's a cute coat, but it is SMALL! I think the large will be too big. I do much better with numbers for coats.&#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;Well,&#038;nbsp;&#060;b&#062;Angie,&#038;nbsp;&#060;/b&#062;the rest of the story is that in the order was a purple, Botikier handbag (LOVE!) but it had already been sent and was at UPS. UPS would not change the address, so I had to pick it up.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;When I spoke to the original CS rep, she was able to change the rest of my 6 item order to come to the correct address. Then I asked to her completely delete my old address.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Saturday morning I got the &#034;your items have shipped&#034; email and it showed my old address. Talk about a heart attack before coffee! I called them again...they were able to re-route everything, but my old address is still showing on the emails...I'm a bit nervous. Still, the CS rep (different girl) was extremely calm and handled things with ease. I wish my stuff would get here!!!&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Dana, same story here. Weirdly, my first shipments from NAS came to the correct address, then a couple to the old one, then more to this one. My old address isn’t even in my account online anymore AND my order info reflected the correct address, but UPS did not. They told me not to worry about getting the boxes back, so there must be a known issue. The gal that bought my house gets some free goodies...which sounds like a great deal to me!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I recently moved and changed my address in Nordstrom's system, but there wasn't a way to delete my old address. I'd ordered things and had them sent to my new address. But...then I made another large order, and I don't know whether it was a glitch in the system or whether I'd been careless and didn't check the correct address.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;When I got the text that one of the items had been delivered, (a bar cart) I got excited and ran to the porch...not there. That's when I discovered it had been delivered to the old address.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The customer service agent didn't question me one iota. She didn't even have to think about the dilemma and placed the order for another one immediately (and even gave me a discount.) I offered to try to contact the new homeowner, but she said, &#034;but that would be so inconvenient for you.&#034;&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm literally BLOWN AWAY and the grace and elegance of this whole transaction!&#038;nbsp;
