A skirt can be so difficult. The belt gives you a waist. I like it best with the short sleeves. Bare skin against the black. Also like the bangles with the belt. I first put a kilt pin on the skirt, but then decided to switch it for a musical note.<br /> 3. Paired with the black jacket I had thought about passing on.
