I'll do Europe followed by Mumbai next summer. When I was in Delhi in December many years ago, I felt VERY cold. Not during the day, but at night when we took the autos (sides are always open) and buses (some windows couldn't be closed). We stayed with friends and apartments typically don't have heating, thus that felt rather chilly as well.
