It's been a busy spring, but I thought it would be fun to post my travel capsule for an upcoming work trip to DC.&nbsp;</p> <p>The weather will be in the 70s and 80s, but I expect aircon in conference rooms, hence the two toppers: a blazer and a soft trench.</p> <p>This is "polished casual" level of dress, so I'll toggle between oversized smart tops half-tucked into Levi's 501's and pristine tees full-tucked into (a new pair of) oversized pleated jeans from BR Factory. All with polished belts and smart shoes. Throwing a couple of more comfortable shoes in the bag for sightseeing.</p> <p>As summer dressing sets in, it's always a fun moment to revisit this old post from when I first joined the forum in 2019:&nbsp;<a rel="nofollow" href="https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/summer-tops-at-target">https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....-at-target</a>. (Sorry the pics have been removed, but you can still see the Finds.) Lots of similarities in terms of color (team neutrals!) and style (classic modern!), but I definitely have come a long way in choosing items that are more elevated, cut more generously, and in better fabrication. Also: no more showing my shoulders at work.&nbsp;</p> <p>Love the high-quality/high-satisfaction wardrobe that I've built with all of your input.
